Can I offer
That I am
Truly alive?
There is more
To being alive
Then just breathing.
To be fully alive
Is to take life on
With a head full
Of Unbridled enthusiasm
And heart
Full of passion.
It’s the freedom
To make mistakes,
And the wisdom
To learn from them.
It’s the ability
To face the struggles,
And the challenges
Thrown our way.
Most of all,
Being fully alive
Is to be up to
Something worth doing.
It’s the courage
To declare
“I am alive!”
So all the world
Can hear.
