Trying to find
Someone to blame
When things go wrong.
He or she is too busy
Solving the problem.
The incompetent one
Is more interested
In finding a scapegoat
Rather than accepting
Responsibility for
The solution.
A good manager
Doesn't give
And doesn't accept excuses.
All a competent manager
Wants to hear is that
The problem is solved.
