The Sherman Tank

He’s not much of
A conversationalist,
Though he loves
To hear himself talk.
He acts like he’s
An expert in every field,
And voices opinions
As if they were
Universal truths.
His mind is set,
So there’s no need
For further discussion,
And no reason to listen
To what anyone else
Might have to say,
As far as he is concerned.
He tends to roll
Through conversations
Like a Sherman tank
Silencing opposition.
